The Royal Cape Catamaran was first
produced using the lines of the Van Der Stadt designed,
RCOD, which for over 25 years held the record for the
fastest passage between Richards Bay and Durban on the east
coast of South Africa. Adiva is an aesthetically attractive,
spacious, strong and a very stable cruiser.
The Deck
The deck is uncluttered,
flat, spacious and safe with an attractive, easy underfoot,
non slip material and two lovely large trampolines. The wide
walkways, sturdy safety rails and unobtrusive tie lines are
a feature as is the seating along the side windows and front
deck.
The cockpit is a user friendly space for dining and
socialising and where people can seek protection from the
sun or a chill breeze, under a choice of hard or soft top
bimini. A well positioned stainless steel barbecue ensures
that much of the socialising takes place on deck where you
can involve yourself in the numerous recreational
activities.
Salon

The Salon is light, bright
and beautifully furnished. This area is welcoming and
extremely comfortable whether you are escaping the midday
sun, sipping sundowners or dining in style with light music
adding to the ambience.
Included in the salon area is a TV and DVD recorder. It has
a large sliding door and sliding window providing fresh air
and easy access to the cockpit area and galley. An
airconditioner adds to the comfort.
Galley Adiva offers a well equipped
galley. Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ice maker, washing
machine, tumble drier and dishwasher are all accommodated.
The corian working surfaces are large and attractive.
Cabins
The six double en suite
cabins are spacious and well insulated to ensure that you
enjoy your privacy. The showers and toilets are all
electrically operated.
Each cabin has natural light and is well ventilated. Cabins
have ample cupboard space, storage and changing areas. Each
cabin is supplied with a fan, reading lights, vanity and
power points. Your personal haven where you do not need to
share your toothpaste and towels!
